What is deleted and what may be retained?

After you confirm the email link, we remove account identifiers and private profile information, revoke sign-in access, remove linked identity-provider credentials and parent/student links, and remove account contact and invitation records. Shared learning and organisation records may be retained where needed for continuity, safety, legal, or operational reasons. Retained records use “Deleted account” in place of the account identity. Free-text learning or organisation content may contain personal information and may require separate review.

Requests from the last active organisation or platform administrator are held until an administrator handoff can be completed. For assistance, contact support@MentorShield.com.
